What Is Mindfulness

Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It reduces stress improves sleep and brings peace to daily life.

Breathing Exercise

Sit comfortably. Breathe normally. Count each exhale 1 to 10 then start over. When mind wanders gently bring it back. Start with 2 minutes daily.

Body Awareness

Bring attention slowly through your body from feet to head. Notice sensations without trying to change them. Tension often releases through awareness alone.

Walking Meditation

Walk slowly focusing on the sensation of your feet touching the ground. Notice the shifting of weight and movement of legs. Walk for 5-10 minutes.

Daily Mindfulness

Practice during ordinary activities. Notice the warmth of water while washing dishes. Feel the sun on your skin while walking. These moments bring peace.
