Print one per week — Check off tasks as you go

Monday — Kitchen

Wipe countertops and stovetop
Sweep kitchen floor
Take out trash and recycling
Wipe down microwave inside
Check fridge for expired food

Tuesday — Bathroom

Clean toilet and sink
Spray and wipe shower/tub
Sweep bathroom floor
Replace used towels
Restock toilet paper and soap

Wednesday — Living Areas

Dust surfaces (tables, shelves, TV stand)
Vacuum or sweep living room floor
Fluff and arrange pillows
Wipe remote controls and light switches
Water houseplants

Thursday — Bedroom

Make bed
Put away any clothes on floor/chair
Dust nightstand and dresser
Vacuum bedroom floor
Change pillowcases

Friday — Errands & Admin

Check and pay any bills due soon
Review upcoming week's appointments
Plan weekend menu
Make shopping list
Call or text someone to check in

Weekend — Relax & Reset

Change bed sheets
Do laundry (wash, dry, fold, put away)
Clean out fridge leftovers
Wipe down kitchen cabinets
Take time to rest and recharge

Vacuum under furniture and cushions

Clean inside of oven

Wash windows inside

Deep clean fridge shelves and drawers
